We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third-party suppliers, including delays, cancellations, overbooking, or force majeure events.

3. Booking and Payment

All pricing and availability are subject to change until payment is confirmed. By booking through us, you agree to:

• Make full payment as specified

• Review and comply with the cancellation and refund policies of each supplier

We may charge service fees for booking and concierge services. These fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

4. Service Modifications and Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify, limit, or cancel any service or offering at any time as required, including due to availability, vendor restrictions, or operational needs. Prices shown are accurate as of the date listed but are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors, misprints, or supplier price changes.

5. Travel Documentation

It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid passports, visas, health requirements, and any other documentation required for travel. We are not liable for any losses incurred due to incomplete or inaccurate travel documentation.

6. Health and Safety

You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of travel, including but not limited to illness, injury, or political instability. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip.

7. Changes and Cancellations

All changes and cancellations must be made in writing. Supplier policies apply and may include penalties or be non-refundable. Our service fees are not refundable under any circumstance.

8. Use of Testimonials and Images

To protect client privacy, some testimonials and photographs used on our Site or marketing materials may use fictitious names or stock images to represent real experiences.

Go Couple Travel LLC is registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel. Registration No. ST17873.
We are also registered in California. CST #2063964-50. Registration as a Seller of Travel does not constitute approval by the states.

18. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
