By accessing, browsing, or booking through gocoupletravel.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all travel inquiries, consultations, bookings, and services provided by Go Couple Travel LLC.
Go Couple Travel LLC is an accredited travel agency certified through CLIA and ASTA. We coordinate travel arrangements with approved suppliers, including hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, and transportation services. All bookings follow the supplier’s terms and conditions.
Payments: Accepted methods may include credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, or supplier-direct payment links.
Deposits: Some suppliers require non-refundable deposits at booking.
Cancellations & Refunds: Refunds, travel credits, and penalties are determined by the supplier, not Go Couple Travel LLC.
Clients must ensure they have valid passports, visas, and health documentation. Go Couple Travel LLC is not liable for denied boarding, delays, or costs resulting from insufficient documentation.
Go Couple Travel LLC acts only as an intermediary. Responsibility for service performance rests with the supplier. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, operational decisions, or incidents during travel.

Go Couple Travel LLC may update or modify these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available at gocoupletravel.com/terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable United States federal law, subject to mandatory protections that apply to the traveler, including applicable Puerto Rico protections where relevant. Supplier terms do not override non-waivable rights or the agency’s express obligations under an applicable agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, refunds, remedies, warranties or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, or prevents a regulatory complaint or access to a court of competent jurisdiction. This protection controls over any inconsistent payment, cancellation or liability wording. If a provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions continue where legally separable.
Updates apply prospectively and do not retroactively change confirmed bookings, separately accepted supplier conditions or accrued rights. Any additional notice or consent required by law or an existing agreement remains necessary.
